Comments: Our newest grandson was born at 28 weeks. The NICU Diary was the perfect companion for our daughter-in-law as she spent weeks with him at the hospital. Each day brought different challenges and highlights that she could document and express her feelings about. She loved it. |

Comments: I bought this NICU Diary for my daughter to record the everyday changes her daughter has while in the NICU. She liked it so much I bought her another one because she writes in it everyday and since my grand-daughter was born at 24 weeks weighing 1 lb. 7 oz. she will be there at least 4 months and even though the book has a lot of pages she wanted another one to make sure she had enough pages for her stay. |

Comments: I originally bought the NICU notebook for myself when my son was born at 28 weeks gestation. My husband and I used this notebook to keep track of every hospital milestone and to write notes and reflections to our newly born first child - our son Liam. Liam is now 4 years old and is an incredibly amazing healthy child who happens to be in the 95th percentile for size even starting at just 2 lbs 15 oz. Our NICU notebook is now sealed in a time capsule with other reminders from our son's first year of life to be opened on his 16th Birthday. At 16 he will be able to read all about his amazing journey and fight to survive while struggling with so many initial complications. I am so grateful to have this time memorialized in this notebook no matter how traumatic some of those initial days were. This is definitely a great product for any parent who has a child in the NICU and is a great coping method to deal with all the stress of the NICU too - it gives you something to do while sitting next to your child feeling helpless. One of my best friends just gave birth to twins at 28 weeks as well and I just bought her two of these books. She too is using these on a daily basis to record her children's hospital journey. Her beautiful babies are 3 weeks old now, breathing on their own and doing great. We can't wait for them to come home and someday read all about their amazing journey as well. |

PROS CONS BEST USES Comments: Very useful for recording the small improvements while we wait to bring our little miracle home. It would be so easy to forget these as we wait. |

Comments: The diary proved useful. We thought we might need more pages however sadly she passed away a few days after it arrived. Her Mum will now have a lasting written memory of her time in the NICU. |

Comments: I was looking for a way to journal my daughter's stay in the NICU, and I stumbled upon this gem! It was perfect for recording every day of her stay in the NICU! You can record. weights, lengths, head circumference, tummy, to what kind of treatments your baby receives. It has a spot for virtually everything that you can think of. I plan on keeping it in a keepsake box for her to have when she is an adult. You won't be sorry if you purchase this wonderful journal! |

Comments: My friend loved this gift! It helps her to see the milestones of her preemie and she loves that her baby will one day be able to look back on his stay in the NICU with such detail. There are some parts of it that are a bit too detailed but she is just using the sections that she finds most relevant, which is most of it. |

Comments: IT SEEM TO BE MISSING SOME IMPORTANT DETAILS AND ONLY COVER FOR A FEW MONTHS WHERE AS MOST PREEEMIS STAYS LONGER THAN 2 MONTHS IN NICU AND MOST MOTHER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH THE DETAILS ON IT UNLESS THE NURSE HERSELF LOG THEM IN OR THE MOTHER CONSTANTLY ASK ABOUT HER RESP SUPPORT OR A AND B EPISODES WHICH IS HARD FOR PARENTS ALREADY STRESS OUT.I WISH THERE IS EXTRA PAGE NOTE AD A PHOTO PAGE AS WELL TO COMPLETE THE NICU ALBUM/DIARY IN ONE IDEA. BUT OTHERWISE HELPFUL |

Comments: My best friend is a first-time mom to a NICU preemie and it was extremely diffcult to find a baby book and calendar that would be relevant to her experience and her adorable son's milestones. I was very pleased to come across this item and she uses it all of the time to record her baby's progress and as a reference to look back on and see how far he has come. I would highly recommend this item to NICU parents or as a gift idea to such parents. |
